Finished 11th and set a career-best time in the 10,000 at the Sun Belt Conference Championships… set a career-best time and finished 12th in the 1500 meter at the UIW Invitational… posted a season-best time and finished sixth in the 5000 meters at the Bobcat Invitational.

Had a 15th place finish in the 3000 at the Red Raider Invitational.

Competed in three meets… finished in 14th place in the UIW Opener… had a season-best time of 26:07.8 at the Arturo Barrios Invitational.

Competed in three meets… set a personal record in the 5000m (15:38.71) at the Bobcat Classic finishing third… set a personal record in the 1500m (4:08.64) at LSU Alumni Gold.

Competed in four meets… began his collegiate career with a time of 19:09.0 on the six-kilometer course at the Baylor Twilight meet… had a time of 26:26.4 in the eight-kilometer race at the Sun Belt Championships. Â

Born April 12...son of Laura and Joel Holst...major is construction science and management...named on the Texas State Dean's List...hobbies include fishing.
