Attended Barbers High School and was coached by Aaron Fuller … Named Texas Sports Writers Second Team All-State, Texas Girls Coaches Association All-State, Academic All-State, District 21-5A MVP, District 21-5A All-Academic, Southeast Texas Coaches Association Player of the Year and the Baytown Sun All-Region Player of the Year as a senior … Posted a 1.09 ERA with 236 strikeouts in the circle, while also hitting .341 with 18 extra base hits at the plate in leading Barbers Hill to a 33-7 overall record, 16-1 district mark and Texas Region 3 Finals appearance … Helped lead the Eagles to a 64-1 overall district record from 2014-17, including the 2014, 2015 and 2016 district championships with unblemished records … Earned all-state honors as a sophomore and junior, picking up first team honors in 2016 and honorable mention in 2015 … Was the District 21-5A 2016 MVP after being named the district’s offensive MVP and defensive player of the year in 2015 … Four-time academic all-district selection and member of the Impact Gold travel ball team … Also a National Honor Society and Select Academic team member.
