2014-15
Started and played in all 32 games …was second on the team with 10.9 PPG and 66 made free throws … finished the season shooting 36.4 percent from beyond the arc and was second on the team with 60 made three’s … her 60 made three’s ranks sixth all-time at Texas State and her 135 all-time career three’s rank her fifth all-time … averaged a team-high 3.5 APG after dishing out 112 throughout the season … tallied a season-high 21 points, twice, against Georgia Southern on Jan. 22 and UL Monroe on March 7 … recorded her first collegiate block against Georgia State on Feb. 14 … matched her career-high of five made three-pointers against UL Monroe on March 7 … enters the 2015-16 season with 902 career points.
2013-14
Played in 31 games while starting in 11 of them for Texas State ... finished the season third on the team in points per game with 10.1 ... led the Bobcats in free throw percentage with a mark of 81.1 percent (99-for-122) ... against Troy, she recorded a career-high 31 points which was also the highest total for any Bobcat in 2013-14 ... Anderson also recorded a career-high nine assists, which was the most from any Bobcat in 2013-14, against Arkansas State on Jan. 4 ... recorded double-digit points on 16 occasions, including 10 out of the last 13 contests ... made at least one three-pointer in the last five games and in 10 out of the last 12 games.
2012-13
As a freshman, Anderson appeared in all 30 games for the Bobcats and started in 17 of them including the final 15 … she finished second in the WAC in three-point field goal percentage during conference games … ended the conference season 31-of-72 from deep (.431) and averaged 9.4 points per game … finished second on the team in three-pointers made for the entire season with 40 … led the team in assists with 81 … led the team in free throw percentage at .780 (32-of-41) … had a season-high 18 points against Houston Baptist (Feb. 20) … made at least one three-pointer in five straight games from Feb. 2-20 … began conference play going 8-of-10 from three-point range in her first two games.
High School
Won the three-point shooting contest at the 2012 Element of Champions All Star game … in the all-star game she scored 27 points, making six three-point field goals … playing high school ball for Irving MacArthur, Ayriel’s team won the 5A State Championship in 2010-11 after finishing with a record of 37-2 … in her first four seasons at MacArthur the team had a combined record of 144-13 … in 2012 the Cardinals fell to Duncanville in the Regional Final … the Cardinals reached at least the 5A Regional Semifinals every year Anderson played ... Ayriel was named Offensive Player of the Year in 2010-11 along with being named to the 5A All-Tournament team … she was also named to the Top-50 list of the best players in Texas by Premierbasketballreport.com.

Parents are Kevin and Jerrylyn … has three siblings … plans on studying medicine at Texas State … biggest sports thrill is winning state championship in 2011 … her most memorable basketball moment was hitting a half-court shot to go into overtime.
