Previous School: Transferred to Texas State after a two-year stint at Lamar State-PA JC ... a Region XIV all-conference third team pick, Jones averaged 12.5 points, 7.8 assists and 2.2 steals per game ... the Hartland, Mich. native set the single-season and career assist records at Lamar State-PA ... helped lead the Seahawks to the 2011 NJCAA Region XIV Championship and finished with a 24-9 overall record ... was named Most Valuable Player of the tournament as he scored 30 points in the championship game to lead the Seahawks.
