2012 Indoor: A member of the 4x440-yard relay team that placed second at the SLC Championships with 3:49.93 to earn all-conference honors … timed a personal-best in the 400 meters at the conference meet with 57.85 to place 11^th.  

2011: During the indoor season, ran the 400 meters and competed in the mile relay … top time in the 400 came at the Sooner Invitational with a time of 59.16 to finish seventh … at the Southland Conference Indoor Championships, ran on the 4x440-yard relay team that placed fifth, recording 3:54.99 … opened the outdoor season winning the 400-meter hurdles at the Incarnate Word Invite, clocking 1:02.83 … ran at the invitation-only 400-meter hurdle race at the prestigious Texas Relays … recorded eight top-five finishes … won the Bobcat Invite, timing 1:00.61 … placed third at the SLC Outdoors to advance to the West Preliminary Rounds … season-best came at the Texas Relays with 1:00.29 …  timed 1:02.46 at the West Preliminary Rounds … was on the team’s top mile relay team that recorded six top-five finishes and four first-place titles during the season … the team finished fifth at the SLC Outdoors with 3:47.01 ... their season-best time came at the Bobcat Invite with 3:45.57.

2010: Anchored the 4x400-meter relay team that placed eighth at the SLC Indoor Championships with a time of 4:00.56 … ran 1:00.26 in the 400 meters at UH All-Comers … season-best time of 1:02.28 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Texas Invite … placed 11th in the 400-meter hurdles at the SLC Outdoor Championships with a time of 1:03.88.

2009: Placed third at the Trinity Invite in the 400 hurdles with a time of 1:05.45 ... at the Dr. Pepper Invite took fifth in the 400h with a time of 1:04.60 ... posted a time of 1:03.10 in the 400h at the UT Twilight to take fifth place ... at the Sooner Invite recorded a time of 1:04.12 ... competed at the SLC Outdoor Championships clocking season-best 1:02.75 in the 400h prelims and placing fourth overall with a time of 1:03.03.

Bandera HS: At Bandera HS was a member of the 2005-08 25-3A District Championship team ... team placed fourth at state in 2006 ... was a top-3 finisher in the 100h at state all four years of high school ... also placed in the top-3 in the 300h all four years of high school ... earned all-state accolades in 2007 and was a member of the T.G.C.A. All-Star Team and earned Track Athlete of the Year 1A-3A.
