A three-year varsity letterwinner at Elkins High School and team captain her final two seasons … first team all-district three times and the district Setter of the Year as a junior … one of Prep Volleyball’s Senior Aces Top 250 … named to the Hays Rebel Bash All-Tournament Team as a senior, while also earning Houston Chronicle 2009 Pre-Season and Post-Season All-Greater Houston Second Team recognition … All-Sun Volleyball First Team as a senior, and also was named a Wendy’s High School Heisman … earned academic all-district and academic all-state honors … member of the National Honor Society and earned Elkins Academic Excellence Award … also a member of Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership and was named Miss Elkins.
