2010:
Started 28 games and made 44 appearances … had 21 hits and scored 15 runs on the year … recorded her first hit at Texas State against UT Arlington on Feb. 14 with a single up the middle ... registered two or more hits in a game five times … was 8-for-10 in stolen bases … scored the game-winning run in a 5-4 eight-inning victory over Southeastern La ... tallied two RBI in a 6-1 win against Rutgers, including the game-winning RBI … longest hit streak of the season was three … during the SLC Tournament had three walks, two hits and three runs scored.

Previous School:
Attended Temple JC for two years...first-team All-Conference recipient in 2007 and 2008...was voted Most Valuable Player by teammates in 2007 and 2008...helped team win their conference in 2009.  

High School:
Four-year letterwinner at Nederland High School in both softball and volleyball...earned All-District honors in softball and volleyball...also lettered in soccer as a freshman.

Daughter of Nicky and Lori Matt...born on July 19, 1989...enjoys shopping and cooking...majoring in economics.
