Earned Southland Confernce Second-Team honors at third base...started and played in 56 games...had the second highest batting average on the team with .326 with 24 runs, 45 hits and five home runs...led the league in doubles with 16 and was sixth in RBIs with 32...was hit-by-pitch 16 times, ranking 24th in the nation...was 3-of-4 on stolen base attempts...totaled 11 multi-hit and seven multi-RBI games...hit the game winning home run in a 2-0 win over Baylor (Apr. 7)...went 2-for-3 with one hit, four RBI and two doubles in a win over New Mexico (Mar. 28)...went 4-for-6 in a double header versus Sam Houston State recording two home runs, five RBI and two runs.

2008:
Started 36 of 43 contests for the Bobcats…tallied 11 runs, 18 hits and 14 RBI’s…in a double header versus Southeastern Louisiana went 2-2 , with two hits, two runs and an RBI, helping Texas State to two wins; 15-0 and 10-1…in a three-game sweep of Northwestern State had three hits, one run and one RBI…had a .231 hitting average in game two after recording two hits, one run and one RBI in an 11-3 win over Northwestern State…in a 9-1 win over Sam Houston State notched two hits, one run and two RBI’s…tallied three put-outs and two assists against Texas…totaled 39 put-outs and 70 assists on the season.

At Stephen F. Austin High School played shortstop, lettering all four years under coach Terry Reyna...lettered two years in volleyball...received Second-Team All-District honors in volleyball...named softball MVP for two years...First Team All-District in softball.
