Volleyball Finalizes 2025 Season Schedule

SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State volleyball and head coach Sean Huiet have finalized the team's 2025 season schedule, which includes 11 games inside Strahan Arena with three non-conference matches and eight conference games.

Season tickets for the 2025 volleyball season will go on sale on June 4th. Season tickets will be $75 for the general public and $60 for Bobcat Club Donors, T-Association members and Texas State faculty/staff.

Single-game tickets can be purchased starting August 14th. Visit txst.com/tickets for all ticketing information or call the ticket office at 512-245-2272.

The Bobcats will be on the road to start the season with seven road games, starting the season at Lamar for an exhibition match on August 23. The regular season will also start on the road in a tournament at UTSA on Aug. 29 and 30th. The team will then head to UTRGV for three games against the Vaqueros, UTEP and Texas A&M – Corpus Christi in the Southwest Showdown. That tournament will be Sept. 4-6.

The team will open its home slate in Strahan Arena during the Texas State Tournament against Arizona State on Sept. 11 at 6 pm. The game with Arizona State will be one of seven teams the Bobcats are facing this season that made the NCAA Tournament or NIVC tournament last year. That weekend, the Bobcats will also face Tulsa on Sept. 12 at 6 pm and Incarnate Word on Sept. 13 at 4 pm.

The team will go on the road for the tournament at Stanford against the Cardinal, UCLA and Hawaii from Sept. 19-21.

The Bobcats will open Sun Belt action at home on Sept. 26 and 27 vs Louisiana. Last season, Texas State won both its games at Louisiana in the regular season as the team went 13-3 in Sun Belt play last year.

Texas State will also host South Alabama on Oct. 9 and 10, the only team last season to sweep the Bobcats in the regular season meetings. ULM will come to Strahan Arena on Oct. 24 and 25, and Coastal Carolina will be the Bobcats 'Senior Night' series on Nov. 7 and 8.

On the road, the team will go to Troy on Oct. 2 and 3, Arkansas State on Oct. 17 and 18, and Southern Miss on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1. They will end the regular season at James Madison on Nov. 13 and 14. Texas State had wins against James Madison and Arkansas State last season in the team's run to the 2024 Sun Belt Conference Tournament Championship that came after the Bobcats won in three-straight sweeps in the Sun Belt Tournament.

Additional information about the team's 2025 promotional and broadcast schedule will be provided as it becomes available. For the most up to date information on the team's schedule and for game times, visit txst.com.
