NEW ORLEANS – The Sun Belt Conference today announced football kick times and networks for Texas State's non-conference games as well as well as the Bobcats' midweek match up with James Madison.
Non-conference home games against Eastern Michigan on Aug. 30 and Nicholls on Sept. 20 will kick off at 7 p.m. CT on ESPN+. The road game at UTSA on Sept. 6 is set for 2:30 p.m. CT on ESPN+, while the Sept. 13 game at Arizona State is scheduled for 9:30 p.m. CT on TNT. The league also announced the Tuesday, Oct. 28 game at UFCU Stadium against James Madison will kick at 6:30 p.m. CT on ESPN2.
Additionally, the conference announced this morning the 2025 Sun Belt Championship game will move from its traditional Saturday date to Friday, December 5 at 7 p.m. ET/6 p.m. CT on ESPN.
"We are excited to kick off conference championship weekend with the Sun Belt Football Championship Game on Friday, Dec. 5," said Sun Belt Conference Commissioner Keith Gill. "With primetime billing on ESPN, we look forward to showcasing our East and West Division champions, as they vie for a conference title and a potential berth into the College Football Playoff."
All other games will fall into the traditional 12-day selection process.
Season tickets are on sale now for the 2025 Texas State football season. Half season packages will go on sale to the public June 11 and single game June 25.
