SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State University (TXST) Athletics and CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - San Marcos, announced today a new multi-year, exclusive partnership designating CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital as the Official Health Care Provider for Texas State Athletics. This collaboration is facilitated by Texas State Sports Properties, the locally based team of Learfield, the leading media and technology company powering college athletics.

CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - San Marcos will provide health care services across multiple Texas State sports including football, men's and women's basketball, volleyball, baseball, and softball.

Additionally, CHRISTUS Children's will host a "Kid Captain" at each home game this season at UFCU Stadium. This special opportunity invites a pediatric patient from CHRISTUS Children's Hospital and their family to enjoy a Bobcats football game, along with a customized jersey for each Kid Captain, a private tour of the home locker room, and the chance to take photos on the field.

Partnership assets include NIL intellectual property rights, website visibility, in-arena digital and static signage, radio broadcast exposure, and a premium football sponsorship weekend on October 12 as the Bobcats take on the Arkansas State Red Wolves.
