SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State Athletics and Vet Tix have partnered for the 2022 football season to provide complimentary tickets to active and retired military service members for games at Bobcat Stadium.
 
Tickets provided to military members and their families through the donation of Texas State fans and donors who are looking to give back to those that served the United States.
 
Nearly 1,000 tickets have already been donated by Bobcat Nation to Vet Tix for the season.
 
Vet Tix provides tickets to events which reduce stress, strengthen family bonds, build lifelong memories and encourage service members and veterans to stay engaged with local communities and American life. The organization provides tickets to all branches of currently-serving military and veterans, including immediate family of troops KIA.
 
Active military and veterans can sign up to participate in the program by visiting vettix.org. Vet Tix will verify service, and VetTixers can request tickets to events that interest them, such as Bobcat football.
