QUOTES FROM THE SIDELINE
- "It felt like today was very up and down," head coach
Jake Spavital said. "I though the defense played well enough for us to win, but we made too many mistakes and get a rhythm on offense. It starts with me. We have to put the kids in better positions to succeed."
UP NEXT
- Texas State is off next week and will return to the field on Oct. 26 for a 6 p.m. kickoff at Arkansas State. The game will be broadcast on ESPN+.
