Brad Miller Named To CFPA Preseason Watch List

SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State senior tight end Bradley Miller has been named to the College Football Performance Awards preseason watch heading into the 2014 season. Miller is one of 42 FBS tight ends and one of three tight ends from the Sun Belt Conference named to the list.
 
He enters his senior season after catching 24 passes for 311 yards. He also was named a preseason All-Sun Belt Conference Third-Team selection by Phil Steele. Miller had a season-best of seven receptions for 52 yards against Western Kentucky, caught a 49-yard pass against Wyoming and recorded three catches for 22 yards versus Southern Miss.
 
The CFPA is in its seventh season of recognition. The CFPA's player and team performance index ranks success in all three phases of the game: offense, defense, and special teams.
 
The full list of CFPA winners will be announced January 14, 2015.
