San Marcos, Texas – Following a back-and-forth nailbiter at Western Kentucky last Saturday, the Texas State men's basketball team opens up a two-game homestand on Thursday at 7:00 p.m., against ULM.

In Texas State's first meeting with the Warhawks on Jan. 11 in Monroe, La., the Bobcats came away with the 61-36 victory. That accounts for the fewest points allowed by the program in nearly 30 years.

Offensively against the Warhawks, four players scored in double digits, led by Wes Davis and Joel Wright who each had 14 points. In the second half of the game at ULM, Texas State allowed just nine points as the Warhawks shot 3-of-26 from the field.
