SAN MARCOS - Texas State University's athletic department has partnered with Texas Box Office to provide online ticketing services for Bobcat events.

Fans can now log on to txstatebobcats.com and click on the tickets link at the top of the page. From there, they can click on "Season Tickets" or Individual Game Tickets" for the desired sport and purchase tickets.

In addition to still being available at the Texas State Athletic Ticket Office located in the Strahan Coliseum Administrative Annex Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., tickets are also now available through Texas Box Office locations including select H.E.B. stores. Individual tickets are also available by calling (800) 982-2386.

Season tickets are currently on sale for the 2006 football, soccer and volleyball seasons through Texas Box Office. Individual game tickets are also on sale for every soccer and volleyball match on the schedule.

Individual game tickets for 2006 Texas State football home games go on sale Aug. 21.

With the new ticketing system, fans will now enjoy the ease and convenience of using their Visa, Mastercard or American Express Card at Bobcat Athletic facilities as well as the Texas State Athletic Ticket Office.

Online ticketing is one more way the Gold Standard has been set when it comes to Texas State Athletics.
