STILLWATER, Okla. - Texas State opened the regular season Friday night with a 3-0 loss at Oklahoma State.

Sophomore forward Danielle Holloway made the only shot-on-goal for the Bobcats, and goalkeeper Brittany Beltramini made five saves.

Oklahoma State's Lauren Colwell (1) scored what would prove to be the game-winner at the 32:30 mark of the first half. Jesyca Rosholt and Bettina Grossman added goals for the Cowgirls.

The Bobcats complete a three-game road trip with contests at Oral Roberts on Sunday (1 p.m.) and North Texas on Wednesday (7 p.m.). Texas State hosts its first game on Friday, September 2 at 5:30 p.m.
