Robert Daigle was a four-year Letter winner in football from 1968-1972 collecting numerous individual achievements as a Bobcat. Robert was a two-time All-Conference selection, receiving recognition on the Lone Star Conference First team in both 1971 and 1972. He was selected to the Associated Press All-Texas College first team in 1971. In 1971 and 1972 he was named to the NAIA All-American First team and in 1972 he was named to the Associated Press Little All-American First team. Robert was an iron man on the field for the Bobcats, starting in all 41 games of his career.
