Michael Bailiff attended Texas State from 1978-1982. While attending, he lettered in football from 1980-1982. Mike’s athletic accomplishments include All Lone Star Conference 1980-1982, All-American 1982, Academic All-American 1982, All Decade Lone Star Conference and a member of the National Championship Team of 1981.
