Kevin Meuth was a four-year letterwinner for the Bobcat football team from 1983-86. The former offensive and defensive tackle was named his team's MVP during his junior season and was a two-time First Team All-Gulf Star Conference selection.
Meuth dominated as an offensive tackle his senior season in 1986, earning several individual accolades while being named team captain. He was named the JC Kellam Award winner, given annually to the team's most outstanding senior player. He was also selected to the All-GSC First Team. Meuth garnered national recognition for the Bobcats by being named an Honorable Mention NCAA Division I-AA (currently FCS) All-American. Academically, he was a member of the Dean's List and the Gulf Star Academic All-Conference team.

Meuth established himself as a prominent part of the Bobcat offense as a junior, as he went on to be named the offensive player of the year by his coaches and teammates. He also earned All-GSC First Team honors and excelled in the classroom as an Academic All-Conference honoree.

His sophomore campaign saw Meuth help usher in a new era of Bobcat football as the program moved from Division II to Division I-AA (currently FCS). As first year members in the Gulf Star Conference in 1984, Meuth helped lead the Bobcats to an impressive 7-4 record. That season was also Meuth's first as an offensive tackle after he played defensive tackle as a freshman in 1983 for a Bobcat team that went 9-2 and captured a Lone Star Conference Championship.

Meuth graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial arts in 1987 and spent one partial season in the NFL as a member of the New York Giants. After his football career ended, Meuth and his wife, Tonya, moved to Houston, where he began a long career in homebuilding.

He is currently with the CalAtlantic Homes Corporation, one of the largest homebuilders in the United States. Meuth has spent the last 11 years as a Division President and led his division to multiple awards, including highest customer satisfaction and most profitable division. Prior to being named Division President in 2006, he spent 18 years working in several different capacities with various builders, including Superintendent, Vice President of Purchasing and Vice President of Operations. He is also a founding member of the Homebuilder Chapter of Houston Coastal Conservation Association.
