Hugh Berry attended Texas State from 1948 to 1952. He participated in basketball and football while lettering from 1950-1952. He was also a member of the All-Lone Star Conference basketball team. While attending Texas State Berry was an active member of the “T”- Association from 1950-1952 and a prominent member of the Bobcat Club.
