Texas State Athletics

Bill Brademan was a prominent defensive back on the Bobcat football team as he attended Texas State on a football scholarship from 1939-1943. His senior year, Brademan was named captain of the football team and was responsible for much of the teams scoring power. More of his athletic achievements include 1^st Team All-Lone Star Conference halfback his junior and senior years, leading scorer Lone Star Conference his senior year and honorable mention Little All-American. His senior year he played every quarter on both offense and defense, except one. Brademan was also an active member of the “T”-Association.
