Athletic Training Equipment
Texas State will provide visiting teams with all necessary 10-gallon coolers, 1,000 cups, six cases of cold non-carbonated drinks, ice bags, injury ice, etc.. Personnel will be provided to assist in the transportation of equipment from the field to the locker room. An ice machine is available for the visiting team. An athletic training room is available next to the visiting team locker room, in room 129. Please see attached map. Ball Personel
Texas State will provide ball personnel for visiting teams, if needed.
Cheerleaders and Mascots
Visiting team cheerleaders and mascots in uniform will be admitted into the stadium. Coaches must have game credentials to be admitted into the game and be present on the sideline with their squad. Texas State allows a maximum of 12 cheerleaders, one mascot and one coach to be on the sideline during the game. Cheerleaders and mascots are to remain in designated areas behind and/or near the visiting team bench. No dressing room facilities are available. Visiting team cheerleader, spirit groups and mascots must inform Ryan Riley, Head Cheer Coach, 512.245.2114 (
rriley@txstate.edu) about game attendance.
Credentials
Visiting teams will be provided with 50 sideline bench passes, sideline non-bench passes and medical credentials as needed. Other requests should be directed to Jake Payne, Assistant Athletic Director, 512-408-1662 (
jakepayne@txstate.edu), two weeks prior to the game. Anyone needing admission to the stadium must have a credential or ticket. No verbal credentials.
Communications
Communications lines are available from the visiting team bench to the visiting coaches’ box. Twelve dry RJ-11 outlets and 6 strand fiber are available behind the bench area. No headsets will be provided. For more information, contact Jackson Fort, Head Equipment Manager, 512-245-8781 (

Filming
Space will be provided for team personnel in the film deck located on the top of the press box/suites on west side of UFCU Stadium and on the North Endzone Complex. Questions or concerns about game day film operations should be directed to Evan King, Video Coordinator, 512-245-2587 (
evan.king@txstate.edu).
General Parking
Any lot not marked as “Reserved” on the map is available for parking on a first-come, first-serve basis. Street parking is not permitted. There is a fee for parking. Please see attached map.
Live Mascots
All live mascots must be approved by Jeremy Stolfa, Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Game Operations, 512-245-2023 (
stolfa@txstate.edu). They must stay directly behind the visiting team bench, and will not be allowed on the playing field at any time. Handlers must have proper sideline credentials; special parking arrangements are available.
Medical Information
San Marcos/Hays County EMS provides ambulance service at all Texas State games. Texas State team physicians will be at all games and available for consultation. Police Escort

Practice times and locations are arranged through Albert Boone, Chief of Staff - Football, 407.765.8272 (aboone@txstate.edu). Arrangements must be completed at least one week before the game.
Statistics
Complete final statistics and play-by-play will be provided to the visiting team’s sports information director.
Team Bus Parking/Equipment Truck Parking
Team buses may drop off participants at the bay doors in the northeast corner of UFCU Stadium next to the visiting team locker room. Each bay door is capable of housing a 53’ trailer, not including the rig. Participants will be greeted by a member of Texas State’s Event Staff and directed where to park. Parking will be provided for three buses and an equipment truck. Please see attached map.
Tickets and Will Call
Tickets allotted for visiting teams will be in Section 223 on the east side of UFCU Stadium, unless otherwise specified. The visiting team player pass list is located at Gate 8 on the southeast side of UFCU Stadium, unless specified otherwise. Gates open 1 ½ hours before kickoff. General will call is located at the main ticket office on the north side of UFCU Stadium and opens five hours before kickoff.
Texas State complies with all NCAA ticket policies and guidelines regarding complimentary admissions. Players’ guests will be admitted only with proper photo identification. Visiting Band
The visiting band is located in Sections 222-223 on the east side of UFCU Stadium. Band directors may contact Kyle Glaser, Director of Athletic Bands, 512-245-3377 (

Visiting Team Locker Room
The visiting locker room is located in the North Endzone of UFCU Stadium, rooms 125 and 127. Access is granted through the east parking lot. A visiting coaches locker room is also available, located adjacent to the locker room, in room 123. Additionally, an equipment room is available in room 127C, with access gained through the visiting team locker room. Please see map.
Visiting Team Radio
the radio booth for the visiting team is located in room 460 in the press box, on the fourth floor of the West Side Complex. The booth will be equipped with phone, data, and ISD connections. Please see attached map.
Visiting Team Visiting Athletic Director
The visiting team Athletic Director will have access to the Guest Suite located inside the press box, on the fourth floor of the West Side Complex, room 454. Please see attached map. The suite can accommodate eight people. To make arrangements, please contact Brandi Martinez at 512-245-2114,

Stadium Policies
- Gates open 1 ½ hours before kickoff
- Prohibited items: outside food and drink, alcoholic beverages, pets, artificial noisemakers, laser pens, lawn chairs, containers, weapons, large bags, flag poles, backpacks.
- All bags and purses, as well as all entrants to the stadium, are subject to search.
- Children age two (2) and younger will be admitted free as long as the child does not occupy a seat.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout UFCU Stadium.
- Texas State enforces a no re-entry policy. Unless evacuated for weather, patrons leaving UFCU Stadium are required to purchase a ticket for re-entry.
- No person without a credential will be allowed on the sidelines, unless they are part of a promotional activity approved by Texas State Athletics (includes pre-game and post-game).

Directions to UFCU Stadium
The directions below are appropriate for non-gameday travel (equipment trucks arriving on the day prior to the game, team walkthroughs on the day prior to the game, etc). If utilizing a police escort for your team on gameday, please be advised that your team may be led by way of an alternate path. Equipment drivers are encouraged to contact Jackson Fort, Director of Equipment Operations,
vmu26@txstate.edu to organize equipment truck arrival plans.
- From Austin: Take Interstate 35 South to San Marcos. Take the Aquarena Springs exit (206) and turn right. Stay right upon approaching the overpass - do not enter the overpass. Turn left under the overpass into the UFCU Stadium parking lot.
- From San Antonio: Take Interstate 35 North to San Marcos. Take the Aquarena Springs exit (206) and turn left. Stay right upon approaching the overpass - do not enter the overpass. Turn left under the overpass into the UFCU Stadium parking lot.
- From Houston: Take Interstate 10 West to Luling. Take the Luling/Lockhart exit (632) and turn right on to U.S. Highway 90/183 for approximately four miles. Turn right on to Magnolia Avenue and drive three blocks. Turn left on to Hopkins Street/Highway 80 and drive approximately 23 miles to San Marcos. Turn right on to Thorpe Lane. Take the first left, Robbie Lane, into the UFCU Stadium parking lot.
Visiting Team Areas of Interest
- Gate 6 - Bus Bay for parking of equipment truck and up to four buses
- Gate 8 - Visiting Team will call pickup; opens when visiting team representatives arrive for distribution
- Visiting Sideline - Opponents occupy the sideline adjacent to sections 117-123. The visiting team locker room is accessed beneath sections 115/116.
- Visiting Team VIP Suite - Located in the pressbox (4th floor of the west side complex).
- Section 223 - Primary visiting team section (may be extended based on visiting team attendance)
VISITING FAN PARKING INFORMATION
Fans of the visiting team may have three parking options. Each are approximately .35 miles from the Stadium.
- Option 1: Mill Street Parking Lot. Exit Aquarena Springs (206) west toward campus. Turn right onto Mill Street. A parking fee shall apply.
- Options 2 and 3: Lot 5 and the University Events Center (UEC) Lot. Exit Hopkins (205) west toward campus. Turn right onto Charles Austin. The UEC Lot will be located on your left. For Lot 5, continue to Aquarena Springs and turn right. The UEC Lot is a free option. A parking fee shall apply for Lot 5.

Visiting Team AD Suite
The visiting team Athletic Director will have access to the Guest Suite located in the press box, on the fourth floor of the West Side Complex, room 454. Please see attached map. The suite can accommodate eight people. To make arrangements, please contact Brandi Martinez at 512.245.2963 no later than two weeks prior to the game.

VISITING TEAM BUS & TRUCK PARKING
Team Bus parking/Equipment Truck Parking
Prior to gameday, team buses and equipment trucks may drop off participants and equipment at the bay doors in the northeast corner of UFCU Stadium next to the visiting team locker room. Each bay door is capable of housing a 53’ trailer, not including the rig. To reach the bus bay prior to game day, exit Aquarena Springs Drive (206) from Interstate 35. Turn west (left if arriving from San Antonio area; right if arriving from Austin area). Upon approaching the overpass following the Thorpe Lane light, remain in the right lane. Do not enter the overpass. Follow the feeder road for approximately .25 miles. Turn left into UFCU Stadium using the underpass. Upon entering the UFCU Stadium parking lot, the bus bay shall be on your immediate right at Gate 6.
The football stadium address is 1100 Aquarena Springs Drive / San Marcos, Texas 78666. Please be advised this address will take you to the stadium but may take you an alternate route. Gate 6 can be reached from all UFCU Stadium parking lot entry points.
Please note our Texas State Police game day bus escort may not take you into UFCU Stadium using this path. If you choose to forego an escort or do not utilize Texas State Police for your gameday bus escort, the path below will be the path you want to take. Please contact Associate Athletics Director Jeremy Stolfa (stolfa@txstate.edu / 512-245-2023) for gameday entry protocol if choosing to forego a police escort.
Busses will be guided into their parking spaces by Texas State athletic personnel. Upon initial entry, drivers are encouraged to pull directly into their spaces without backing in. Following drop-off and game start, the nearby parking lot will clear relative to pre-game. At this point, busses may turn around and back into place for easy departure following the game.
The bus bay may accommodate the equipment truck and one bus. Three additional buses may be parked immediately outside the bus bay. Any additional buses much park within the lot outside gate 6.
